Ordering & Shipping Information

We process orders Monday through Friday.  We are closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays to spend time with our families.  Most orders are sent within 48 hours.

Our standard shipping is through the US Postal Service First Class. Shipping/handling is only $2.25 for the first package and $0.55 for each additional package. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

At this time, we are not shipping outside of the United States.

We will do our best to accommodate you with all custom and personalized orders.  However, we reserve the right to refuse any material we deem inappropriate. Roundabouts® are designed for standard size cupcakes - please contact us for custom sizes and special orders.

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to take returns or exchanges.  All sales are final.
